Bad luck and new things I bought for the trip

It took some time, but here is a new update.

Unfortunately Things don’t always go the easy way…

Today this was one of these days.

I had to go to the dentist because I had tooth ache.

Unfortunately there was an infection under an artificial tooth.

Now this artificial  tooth is lost now and I'll have to decide for an implant for this lost tooth. This is a major blowback

Not only financially, but even more a mental setback!

About the preparations:

I bought several new items.

A new phone cover for my recently bought IPhone 5 (no, not the New 5 C or 5 S) This cover (OtterBox) is all weather proof: water proof, pressure proof and resistant for falling, a military standard.

Also I bought my new camera the Olympus TG 2.

Also very tough, waterproof, freeze proof, dust proof and has GPS so it is attaching

To save all files, pictures, movie and text, I bought the LaCie Tough Hard disk.

Also fall resistant and rainwater proof!

In short all very durable!

I am not planning to go diving with it, but now I don’t have to be frightened to damage the electric devices because of dust, water or falling to the ground

Also I did try to charge the battery of the Kobo E-reader with the battery of the solar charger. This worked out fine, one less thing to worry about!
